I grew as a person here. I learned from my co-workers, the doctors, the clinical teams (Nursing, nutrition, PT, OT, personal training, massage). I made lifelong friends with coworkers and even patients. First class facilities and staff that are great to work with. I also learned that I can stand up for myself and others.

The noncompete is unrealistic. Don't sign it. Legally they can't fire you over it if you are already employed. If you absolutely want to work here negotiate the contract. Like said before....no job is worth not having one when you decide to leave here. Management is very "do as I say, not as I do". They say it's not about the numbers but when I saw the PT staff struggling to find time to go to the bathroom or even find time to eat during their 17 to 22 patient day, I doubt the words "quality care" come across anyone's minds. (For those who aren't familiar....this group provides care to all forms of athletes who may stay from 1-3 hrs for treatments). The salaries for all disciplines are not what they should be for the level of care that is provided and the amount of hours (expect to work over if you are salary) you pour your heart into. This wasn't a job to me, it was my career and a place to become better and grow. But I left daily feeling defeated, mentally abused, and like I was just a number. I have had emails sent to me and collegues by upper management standing in the same room instead of coming and speaking face to face. Expect lots of passive aggressive emails. Also, do not expect a copy of your exit interview. I was told by another coworker that you don't have access to your own personal file unless management authorizes it, hence all the write ups that you don't know about that the people prior spoke of. Your bonus is a joke and based off of goals that you will never benefit from...once again...just numbers. You don't receive any incentives if you make referrals to other disciplines. Your voice is not heard in recommendations you may make or that clients have made to upper management. In fact, I have first hand seen almost the opposite done. Their 5 year plan is to grow to have 20 facilities nationally, once again, how is this not about numbers!? I understand investment....invest in your people FIRST!!!
