They treat people as slaves. No good salary No work condition. Worst work place I had seen. A company with old 1980's policies with old people in management. Deteriorated life starts while working. No time balance..need to work for late nights. No benefits. Poor HR and employee management. Operation staff means slaves in the company. Really frustrating work and they doesn't treat our previous experiences. Humble request to all is to think twice before joining. They recruit new employees from one side and other side all are resigning..wotever HR people doesn't mind. No family life. If you are ready to work as a slave up to late nights and only needs company brand you can choose else you will be in wrong place.
