- Generally good quality of work for the firm size - Friendly staff and 'family like' atmosphere - Diverse staff from lots of backgrounds - Good firm to work for with a relaxed feel

- Lower salary than firms within the local area (particularly compared to cost of living in the area) - Did find that 'if you face fit' you made it quicker than others - there did seem to be favourites, however, this was relative to effort put in by those individuals. - No clear career path when I was there. - No additional benefits on tops of pay and 'ok' bonus. - Not the best work life balance considering the firm size.
