Everyone is very inclusive and friendly it makes onboarding and learning the ropes easier with helpful peers. The US entity has always have a Diversity and Inclusion Program but the HQ location just also make movement with creating one across all entities, which I appreciate to see. Macnica Americas in great, but you have to be able to keep up fast pace, you will have your hands in a lot and always busy.

Very fast paced and busy. You will never be board or lacking work.

Fast paced, supportive leadership, and a well-put together, knowledgeable team. Weekly sales meetings so everyone is on the same page and everyone is willing to help each other out when necessary.

Because of the growth, there are slight challenges with workflow software. However, it has been a priority since before I was hired on and gets addressed/updates as needed.
