People care about their work and about each other from top to bottom. There's a passion for delivering and, while no company is perfect, Madgex strives/succeeds to be a great employer. It shows in the way their staff are treated and the approach to employee engagement. Would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who wants to work for a dynamic tech company.

A great company culture that truly values their employees' work/life balance. Improved communication and transparency with employees, especially during the pandemic. Lots of flexibility and great collaborative environment.

The path to growth could be faster, but since being acquired by Wiley this issue is being addressed.
