      The amount of PTO is good compared to other companies.

      Employee morale is at an all-time low in IT. Management announced that bonuses will not be given for the next 2 years. Talent is fleeing IT department. The company is losing large contracts and failing to deliver applications to clients.

      Magellan is on a growth trajectory and with rapid growth sometimes comes growing pains. While we are experiencing some of that now in IT, we are committed to building a strong business that rewards our team members for their hard work.

      I worked within a team the provided work/life balance. I felt needed and valued and contributed to the mission of my team.

      The company is going being acquired by a small investment group. There has been layoffs which I feel the acquisition is reason to the reduction in work force. I feel more benefits could be offered under the insurance policy such as gym memberships. Or we can receive some form offset for gym memberships and annual physicals.

      They provde generous time off

      Pay was low and work load was unrealistic. I was there over 2 years before they were willing to hire. I was doing the work of 3 ppl. For a Healthcare company their medical benefits were poor.
