Magnetation has managed to hire some very intelligent hard working individuals in many of the hourly and supervisory positions. They offer a very competitive wage when their bonus structure is taken into account making their job offers look very lucrative.

All the great people running their plants are beaten down and taken advantage of by their awful managers and an owner who changes his mind quicker than a 2 yr old at a candy store. Morale is abysmal and the great bonus structure that is presented when you enter the company didn't pay out a dime in the past 2 years. The company is currently going through bankruptcy and has not made any great strides towards getting out. Basically the management style is say what you have to to keep them working.
