Svantaggi
First things first, all's not well here, -Highly egoistic and arrogant managers who are the prime reason in spreading these toxins. Few are good though. -They only believe in senior or long serving employees and never satisfied with the work new hires do. -No matter how much you slog, whatever you do, there will always be nitpicking your work at every level. You will end up being judged of everything you say and everything you do. -Once you start feeling you are being judged for everything you do, tell yourself that you are a victim of unruly political culture and you are job is pretty much 'on-the-line' -There is an extremely unfair business of speaking badly behind your back and you will end up being questioned by some random person. -They repeatedly say there is no favoritism in the organization but it is an integral part of each and every team. -If you are into engineering team, prepare to work like a donkey slogging off each and every day round the year, and yet only the so called 'favorites' get the due recognition and you will still be grappling somewhere in that 'nitpicked pool'. -By constant nitpicking, all they want to achieve is to make yourself feel dumb, weak and ignorant but you aren't -Code reviews are used as tools to lay-off employees -your years of professional experience doesn't matter for them, and by 'them', I mean managers, colleagues and so called 'leads' Hiring process: 7 bloody rounds of interview only to end yourself up in a hell hole. And a long waiting time for rolling out the offer(3 months in my case). Annual bonus is a joke, people don't even remember the last time they got it. So, are these efforts adding up a long wait time worth it? It's up to you to decide. Sales aren't going well. Important people are being fired in the wake of cost cutting.
