Antiquated processes and absolute refusal to get with the times. The culture was petty and bullying unless you're French. Management looks for reasons to be angry and would make up reasons to berate employees. Vacillated between no design direction whatsoever and ghosting employees to micromanaging completely arbitrary details. Management is narcissistic and keeps everyone walking on eggshells, would not listen or engage with employee ideas on products and processes, would take credit for the work of others, and appeared to take delight in making employees feel as small and inconsequential as possible. The stress of working at MIR leads to people having mental and physical health issues and leaving.
