Quite a unique company - Recensione dipendente - Responsible for A Support Department presso Management Solutions

I have worked at Management Solutions for a number of years, in two different countries. I previously worked for one of the “Big Four”, where you are much more of a number and work within a stiff hierarchy. MS was a breath of fresh air in this respect, as here you work in teams across hierarchical levels based on project needs, which means everyone gets to know everyone, and you learn a lot from working side-by-side with very senior people who really know their business. Most clients are blue chip companies challenged by fast-moving tech and regulations, and the projects are about helping them to adapt, so the work is interesting, always dealing with hot topics and usually also working with very senior people on the client’s end. The company has grown a lot since I first joined and is still growing, so there is room at the top for consultants who take a long-term view, as the company hires at entry level and promotes from within (it typically takes an assistant consultant 14 years to make it to the Partner level). Most people in the company are quite young - even the partners are young-ish, as they started their careers straight from university, and the few that are not so young are nevertheless young at heart. There are plenty of opportunities to travel and work in other countries, and the company is very good at trying to accommodate your wishes. This is a principled company that really cares about its employees, not just on paper.
