Was with MDs for over 8 months and had no problems with them paid me on time and provided me with a payslip couple of days before payday. The staff are friendly.

If any change happens the carnage begins. My first role dried up but luckily the company who I worked for had some other work which involved shift and this were the problems began. First they stated that I would need to start being paid by an umbrella comp and intice you with higher hr pay but it charges you for paying you (£19) per payment and then charges you for their employers NI as well so would have 4 deductions out of your pay compared to the normal 2. Then they get the hourly rate wrong so you be paid roughly the same for doing 12hrs shift of days and nights as to the 8hrs previous just to save themselves their over heads. You also have to a crew holiday for paid holiday.

When they get you into work you will stay in work especially in quarries, unless it’s near winter for obvious reasons. No messing with your wages no matter what! Guess what if you’re loyal you could end up on the better paying contracts, I was on Over £17/hr at a point! Mando are the best agency hands down for quarry work!

The general rate Mando Solutions offer of £15 / hr is too little
