Then they get the hourly rate wrong so you be paid roughly the same for doing 12hrs shift of days and nights as to the 8hrs previous just to save themselves their over heads. You also have to a crew holiday for paid holiday.

When they get you into work you will stay in work especially in quarries, unless it’s near winter for obvious reasons. No messing with your wages no matter what! Guess what if you’re loyal you could end up on the better paying contracts, I was on Over £17/hr at a point! Mando are the best agency hands down for quarry work!

The general rate Mando Solutions offer of £15 / hr is too little
