The company has gone through more than four different structural changes, shifting from individual to team commissions, which has created a lack of stability and consistency. They demonstrate little respect for work-life balance, often pressuring employees to work beyond their stated availability. Training is minimal, yet they expect employees to be proficient in all tasks. The environment is negative and toxic, with high turnover rates affecting all levels—from management to sales associates. Management tends to be condescending and arrogant, further contributing to the challenging atmosphere. The store frequently overlooks safety protocols, making it a consistent fire hazard due to disorganization. This has been my worst employment experience; no one stays longer than three months before seeking better opportunities. I strongly advise against working here, as they will exploit you without fostering personal or professional growth.
