The salary package is nothing compared to the work employees put in! 9. Management believes that employees need to work like machines and put in no effort to make the work environment humane! 10. Company is run essentially by a small circle of people selected on basic of nepotism and who kisses the best behind, this small circle is blind to problems of other employees 11. Almost no-one has left the company on happy terms, with many employees quitting as the culture here had started affecting their life and health! 12. The Office- politics here is non-existent because the owner and his circle decide everything and everyone else has to get in line with it
