Within the company the Melbourne leadership were often referred to as the "Melbourne Mafia" - Constant emphasis is on extending projects regardless of what the customers want to bolster resource utilisation and revenue. - Focus is on one or two large clients in Melbourne. Lose them, the business fails. - Regularly practicing tactics to support bench utilisation rather than customer outcomes, such as disguising skillsets to satisfy a project requirement (disguising engineers as BA's and vice versa). - No commission, No career opportunities, No Future there.
