Everyone is good and the team lead is good

This could be better in terms of management

I have worked with no of companies. I was working in Europe for couple of years. Marketopper happened by accident 7 years back and this is the best and longest I have worked with a single company. The company has the perhaps the lowest attrition Rate. It is close to zero in last 4 years. So they know how to retain Talent. Most of the employees are from IIT's or institution like MIT etc The company has an unconventional salary and Incentive policy. The focus is to reward talent who stay back in the company. They start you with Industry linked salaries. The thing changes very fast in few years. They do cutting edge work. The Domain is very challenging. Lot of companies say that but this is one place which actually is cutting edge. The management is very open. If you reach the last round they ask you to spend a day at the office talking to employees. Very open culture.

1. first year is tough due to long hours but the learning value is great. 2. Peer pressure as the company has employees who have excellent educational backgrounds. 3. Performance is given too much weight but the system and measurement is very transparent.
