I have been working for the company for well over 5 years. Started as a sales consultant and have had the opportunity to grow within the company. MPE definitely believes in promoting from within. Communication is key in this company as everyone communicates with everyone no matter the position or department. This is an excellent company to work for as you never feel like a number as you do in other companies. When your CEO knows everyone by first name and makes it a point to get to know everyone that speaks to the culture that we have here. We are growing and it is so exciting to see how the direction that we are going. If you want to grow withing a great company fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride! You are in for a great experience. Happy to be growing my career here at MPE - 4 weeks paid vacation. You are told to take your vacation time. No rolling over of vacation days so that you actually have to take a vacation each year. -Recovery days after show weekends, work hard and the company knows it so we are given time to recoup.
