Great ability to gain exposure working with other departments; seeing and touching all areas of a project, product, issue etc.

Management is a nightmare, lots of turnover. Constantly doing things that have failed a hundred times to appease current management. Lots of employees that have been there for a long time that should have been let go years ago.

I learned a lot working at Mars.

They are unique. Basically, have their own language. I didn't like the open work environment.
