Poor vacation time. Typical lack of cooperation between departments and people. Upper management is very unresponsive to very poor lower managers and doesn't work to help them (i've seen this across several departments). They talk big about work life balance and God first, family second, work third.. And they talk big about how great everything always is... But its not true. It's just like every other corporation except good benefits.
