Vantaggi
-People at the lowest level were usually pretty friendly -The office was nice
Svantaggi
-Lots of people here across all departments trying to skate by without doing their work or doing the absolute minimum. The few people that actually care are overburdened to the point they work insane hours to get a deliverable product. -It falls on the lowest workers to pick up management's slack and bad decisions. -Management takes on way too many contracts without consulting the development teams. -Crunch culture is the worst I've seen here. -The titles here are arbitrary and don't actually line up to someone's experience: Saw a lot of "Senior" titles given to people that had less than 3 years total of work experience; also saw those same people with no management experience being pushed into management. -People are fired randomly without any notice or reasoning. -Very much a "boys club" atmosphere; a lot of women get unwanted attention and there's no one for them to go to about it. -HR was there to protect the CEO. -This is one of those companies that uses the "We're all a family here" trope to guilt employees into working long hours and to excuse when coworkers overstep professional boundaries. -Most people here have little to no other company experience
