Pay Executive management at Forest Lodge have little idea about what’s going on in the company. They pretend to care but don’t.

MBA can help place you with an employer, but they will not ensure you are paid correct awards or even meet minimum wage requirements

Do not start an apprenticeship with MBA, they will side with the client and are pro-industry. Currently they do not even have enough work for existing apprentices despite paying their apprentices under the legal requirements. I have been underpaid for several years and have an ongoing dispute that has not been addressed.
