The employees are truly what made, and still make to this day, the meatball shop what it is today. The staff are wonderful and the food is great.

Constant plumbing issues that made it near impossible to work without stepping into mini puddles that would form on the floor. One instance the air conditioner had malfunctioned and the basement was near impossible to work in. As well as management and employee disagreements. I had to leave after 9 days of working because of feeing less of person and constantly being put down. (I'm also a decent employee and have been working in food service for the past 4 and a half years) I suffer from depression and anxiety and working in food service has helped me overcome a lot of my own fears and qualms but working at the meatball shop was one of the most emotionally straining jobs I had ever had to deal with in my life.
