Additionally, the company has possibilities for student ride-alongs who plan on remaining with the company following their EMT course completion. The company has three 24-hour shifts that are constantly looking for EMTs to cover them, so there is room for picking up shifts.

Some of the cons include the smaller company size. For any EMTs looking for an OC County based company, MedReach is not the company. Additionally, the company is not a 911 company, primarily running IFT-BLS transports. Majority of the transports are psychiatric in nature, so those uncomfortable with psych patients should proceed with caution.
