Daily huddles are nothing but hearing complaints about what you don't get done no matter how hard you work, upper management yells at people and make people cry in front of everyone. Manager sits at desk all day on the computer, disappears for hours without telling anyone, lies and makes excuses. They take on new business without having the staff, equipment, drugs or any way of making it happen. They start new things without being ready. Currently having to work out of 2 systems and tons of errors being made with current customers. The owners are never around and do not listen to employees when they are. Company planned to up cost of benefits, get rid of 401k match and life insurance. Only reason they did not was because all of the employees were going to quit. Everyone complains but nothing is done
