During your exit interview, please be as specific as possible so we can address your concerns (or better yet, schedule a meeting with me directly and soon). To be honest, we don't think TMK is cut throat or clicky. We actually think it's a nice place to work. But if you think we're destructive, please let us know details before you leave.
