Thank you for posting your feedback on your time at MediaLab. I wish you had provided a little more information to offer a complete picture of your claimed 10+ years with us. At MediaLab 3D Solutions, many of our digital media products require a project management mindset and productionized environment. This means there are deadlines to meet, scopes of work to adhere to, and an overall understanding that each artist is working on a project with specific delivery dates and client expectations. That environment is not for everyone, and that's ok. While we do take time to celebrate the wins and have fun where we work as a team, each individual is aware they are working on time-sensitive projects to exceed our clients' expectations. As for breaks, we adhere to the normal work day break opportunities for all of our employees. We offer break time throughout the day to enjoy free coffee, foosball, an onsite gym, food trucks, events and activities available during break and lunch time. We encourage our employees to take their accrued PTO and observe several paid holidays throughout the year, providing time to rest and recharge outside the office. Though it sounds like this role may not have been a fit for you, we sincerely hope that you have found joy and success in your new role.
