Employees are treated as expendable. It’s common to see team members fired with little to no notice, only to be replaced shortly after. Job security is non-existent. If revenue is down one month, expect layoffs. There’s no transparency, and communication from leadership is often misleading. Recruiters are blamed for not filling roles that are clearly misaligned, poorly defined, or virtually impossible due to lack of true client engagement or viable candidates.

Offensively low base pay Commissions aren’t dependable In office 5 days a week with no flexibility on wfh even if sick, appt, etc. They’d rather you come in and get others sick then allow you to wfh. Try to entice employees with one lavish trip each year instead of adequate pay Leadership sales roles get the best leads so they make the money Schedule is extremely specific to 8am and 5pm on the dot even if salary It is frowned upon to chat with coworkers during working hours or while at your desk Not good jobs to sell, so candidates do not want the open jobs you’re trying to recruit them for

Over the years, we have recognized the importance of flexibility and implemented a hybrid work policy for our employees. While our base pay may be slightly lower than some in the area, our commission structure offers a competitive earning potential. The yearly trip is intended as an extra incentive for performers who exceed their yearly quotas, and while not everyone earns it, we’ve found that many still achieve competitive earnings throughout the year. We value your thoughts on leadership, trust, and communication.
