Svantaggi
I heard the company was top-notch before Dassault took over. Even now, plenty has changed: - Joining means tackling a never-ending list of trainings, simply too much :) - Most Benefits are going down the drain. Quarterly gym reimbursements, travel insurance, holidays - all getting the chop or vanishing into thin air * Most seasoned folks have left or been shown the door, leaving knowledge gaps * UK test management, I say, is biased towards their own & playing favourites like nobody's business. They've created their own secret club, visible to all but nobody dares to speak up. All the juicy opportunities and growth are handed to few, deserving or not. - UK Test management seem clueless about managing. No idea how to handle conflicts properly, squeeze value from Automation Testing or Even Testing. They have no sense of talking in a professional environment. They somehow succeed in getting the work done by indirect threats as majority of us team members are on Visa. Company recently started internal surveys, giving us a glimmer of hope. But looks like it's all smoke and mirrors, with no real action on ground. Overall, if you're looking at salaries, work culture, and learning opportunities, it's not a bad place to park yourself. But fair warning - most of the issues might be on the Testing side only
