Company doesn't have a tech lead or CTO, therefore project management is a mass. Interestingly they have two team lead in backend. And guess what, the backend only have two engineers. And these two backend team lead will make sure all credit goes to them, and all blame shifts to you. They spend less time on coding, more time on manipulating the management. HR policy tends to change suddenly. Like you can cash your paid leave at the end of year. And before the year ends, they decided to change that rule. And god forbid if you get to work on their AI product, you'll have to get lesson on how AI works from people who even can't spell out full form of AI, harsh but true. And lastly, salary increment rate is not satisfactory.
