Medisoft is a company that unfortunately has some big issues. There is no opportunity to grow, no training They offer very low salaries (for the staff, not management) Payrises depend on yearly targets, almost impossible to reach with no time allowed and with no support to achieve them (and payrises are very low anyway) The technology they use is old and they are not interested in trying any new technology. Excessively strict rules on code syntax Growing micromanagement from middle management Middle management often good at organizing but lacking industry knowledge and skills Lack of communication about colleagues leaving the team contributing to low staff morale The turnover is very high and the upper management keep blaming the competitive market instead of facing the reality of the company's issues
