There are not many pros to list here.

This place has a habit of stealing other people’s work and taking credit for it. This is especially true at the leadership level. Leaders take credit for other employees work all the time. It is sad to see. You can work very hard on a specific item or project and it is a guarantee that the leaders will take credit for it and not give any credit to the actual employee that did the work.
