Great people and opportunity to try new things. Little to no oversight from management, so this is not a place for people who need hand holding, but it works for me. Work can be fun/interesting if you have good clients. Depending on your manager, flexible schedules.

The pay is ridiculously low. They use outdated "pay bands" that haven't been updated in years. "Merit" increases barely account for cost of living increases, and year end bonuses are laughable. Benefits like health insurance are terrible. And the cost to employees keeps increasing, so many (including myself) actually LOST money this year since merit increases were so small. Senior management has been there forever, and as such, has no new ideas and just keeps doing what they've been doing for years. Additionally, there is no room for advancement unless someone quits. Everyone is also incredibly overworked. It's not abnormal to find people putting in 10-12 hour days, but they say they can't afford to hire more people. Every decision seems to be made to put more money in the pockets of senior management, and less in employees bank accounts. Because of all this, there is high turnover, grumpy employees, and constant gossip in the office.
