We take a great deal of pride in our culture at Mercer and know that our colleagues stay with us both because they love the work they do and the people they work with. As you noted, we do have many fantastic colleagues who have chosen to make Mercer their home for their career. However, we are disappointed to hear about the issues you have raised and your feelings about leadership styles at Mercer.
