Old school company with very dysfunctional senior management team. Got rid of many experienced, talented and tenured colleagues to meet numbers, but no plans to replace bodies or knowledge lost. Key positions are left vacant for over 6 months. Folks like us on the ground are left to suffer the consequence. The good ones (myself included) are bolting with the first opportunity.
