Wonderful food, everything is made from scratch for the most part. and you get taught how to make things as you go which is a wonderful environment to be in if you're trying to learn new things. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The management seemed to be in a constant state of disagreement, and no one ever seemed to be on the same page when it came to a lot of things. I was told I needed to make something multiple different ways by multiple different people because no one was really on the same page. I was also told that I needed to stay on my station while simultaneously being told I need to leave my station to do side work... It was quite confusing.
