Great benefits and vacation package, remote role, working with local business and helping them grow is amazing

The management here are snakes. They lie to you, they throw their teams under the bus all the time for their own gain, they will make decisions with upper management behind the scenes for their teams to take on more responsibilities and then one day you find yourself stuck with yet another task outside your scope, you try to talk to management about it and they gaslight you. The worst part of it all is that this company used to be supportive of one another. It used to be a great place to work where your coworkers would help one another out. Except for the few, management has created an environment where everyone is on the defensive because if they aren’t, everyone is looking to throw each other under the bus. Very much a “it’s not my fault it’s his/hers” mentality at this company due to management who act the same way.
