The only reason I will choose company is the following: 1. Freedom to choose the technology and work on it. This will make sure we work on latest technologies always. 2. A new field of learning in terms of gaining domain knowledge.

Following reasons why I dont prefer this company: 1. Total unprofessionals filled in this company who are staying for long and got into comfort zone. Until these people leave the company, cant change the environment here. They stayed for long and will stay long as they cant be fit in any other companies. 2. Management has lots of plans but when it comes to action or implementation nothing works out. 3. Resource management is pathetic, they dont have proper cafeteria or bus facility nor laptop or desktops are available when you need it for work. The response to any request is as if we are asking for our personal use. 4. Less salary, more work. No work-life balance. Force to work on late nights and weekends. Pathetic work culture. 5. The list goes on and on... better dont join this company as in recent days lots and lots of people are leaving because of the bad work culture.
