      Overall this is one of the nicest places I have ever worked at. People are kind and considerate, from office admins to CEO. The engineering team is young but extremely smart. The development work is challenging in a good way. Management is surprisingly open and transparent about company strategy and direction.

      Getting onboarded took more time than I would have liked. The development environment and internal technology stack is complex and documentation Wiki is sparse at this point. I would also encourage more interaction between tech and client-facing side, to help developers better understand the customers. This appears to happening more with new hires on business side.

      There's a lot of work to be done, and endless opportunities to cross-collaborate with sales, engineering, product, marketing, and finance teams. Customers love the product and are willing to share their feedback to ensure that the product is successful.

      Ask yourself whether a start-up environment is for you, and whether you need structure & resources that a 10-50 person company can't provide.
