Checks don't bounce and the workforce are good people

Division between management(547) and contract employees are the worst I've seen and show ZERO signs of improvement. Pay is low. Hours are long. Attendance policy is insulting. Metra preaches that employess are encouraged to engage in self care, yet attendence points are given for even going to a doctor's appointment! I have 20 years railroading and I can no longer encourage people to work here. The disconnect is enormous.
