Horrible managemen and employees - Recensione dipendente - Pilot, First Officer presso Metrea

Management treats you like a number not a person. They get paid alot for you being on site and refuse to let you leave if you have an emergency at home or in general. They use threats like "site abandonment" and if you leave on your own They refuse to pay travel from site even though they are required by law. Management is a joke and breeds a dangerous and toxic work environment.
