Flexible working arrangements were scrapped, leaving employees micromanaged and without any work-life balance. Management is stuck in the past with outdated, rigid, and authoritarian approaches. The company pretends to be a big player in tech but is far from it. It’s a small fish with little innovation or relevance in the industry and a tech stack from 2005. The environment is toxic, morale is at an all-time low, and there’s a complete lack of respect for employees. Leadership is clueless about modern working practices, creating an oppressive and backward culture.
