Each branch can vary greatly as they have independent managers. Great opportunity for growth. Good benefits/pay structure.

Most management I have experienced carry a "old" mentality of working very hard and long hours in order to move up in the company. - Too many initiatives that cause your direction as an employee to be unclear. - No out of work sponsored events, (They cut the holiday party funding this year) - Management always will promote the person that can sale the best and doesn't value being able to manage people.
