Need to start improving on some systems, 2025 , need to adapt to innovations. A lot of GREAT people being let go. Management need a vision, something new. Felt like the company was just fighting debts most of the time the last few years, resulting in A LOT of redundancies across NZ as well as Branch shut downs. Possibly due to the “market changing” some what understandable. Some incompetent older workers , stuck in old ways not open to adaptability and growth. Customer service has had a bit of a staff turn over , red flag. Pay was average , don’t expect a pay rise either , 99.8% won’t happen.

Social and culture is good

No-one is willing to progress or change in the right direction, specifically the management and that stopped the workers to have a static mindset.
