I worked there in high school and while in college. I personally didn't have any cons during that time.

Great people who work hard, fun over-all

The Main Management has poor skills in communication. No one talks to each other. All pass the buck until it is beyond the point of reasoning. When some one who does more will get terminated faster, than those who do nothing. The crossing of inappropriate relationships between staff cause most conflict. There is no room to grow or gain stability.
