      Close knit office, good environment, great management, hands-on training, lots of rental connections and listings throughout Manhattan. Overall a great company for beginners or experienced agents that are looking to work on Manhattan rentals. FYI- If you know what you are doing in the sales market, you will be provided with the support and material to do so.

      Svantaggi

      Expected to work from the office, no part-time options, not the most presentable office space for clientele, constantly monitored - but its a good thing for newer agents that need the push and help.

      You gotta be a self starter and have go getter attitude. This is not the place for you if you want formal training for newbies.

      This is a great place to start, with a vast array of listings. Great communications, and they forward you leads while teaching you how to get leads. Sami and the team are very supportive. If you show up and they see you at your desk, Sami will send you leads.
