There are always small things where one can improve at a "young" company. Honestly though, nothing worth mentioning here.

- A lot of freedom in project execution - In the beginning very good team spirit

- Unexperienced management -> All straight from university except CEO - Planning went from quarterly to weekly, was almost impossible to make progress in research - Bad hiring principle -> Choose people you need, not people you get
