- Flat organization and not very deep in all functional areas - Takes a special type of person to thrive in this very fast environment - People that need lots of direction to execute do not last long or should not apply - Pockets not deep as compared to MSFT, AMZN, etc but ability to influence and impact business is significant at Microscan

Microscan was a great little company filled with technology and sharp people. It was purchased by Omron in 2018.

While Omron has good intentions to keep Microscan people and performance eventually most ended up departing due to business changes and layoffs. Sales and Marketing became less focused on selling these type of products.
