Terrible treatment by manager - Recensione dipendente - Product Trainer presso Miele

I was treated badly and let down by my manager after receiving some feedback. My manager just simply wanted me out after this and put together a performance appraisal that was basically made up of false aspects. My manager then wanted to arrange a meeting with HR. My manager had no interest in supporting me. I wasn’t underperforming whatsoever. At a team meeting all team members were allowed a hotel room in Abingdon, I was made to come in for the days meeting go home (about 40 minutes away) and come back in for the evening meal and go home again. I subsequently decided to leave, it was really bad.
