Truly kind people, and you’re regularly blown away by how intelligent and not-dysfunctional the teams are. The hiring process is thoughtful and communicative, and the four step process is laid out well in advance with lots of follow up from operations. Big focus on work life balance which is rare for agencies, and even more on helping people find their strengths and nurturing them. Very low turnover - people stay here for years. No hierarchy, no jerks, and all ideas are welcome and everyone gets a seat at the table with media, new business, and clients — even entry level analysts.

Typical agency pay, slightly better than average but as we work with the best of the best in tech, it can be hard to see peers in-house making 3-4x. Lots of incoming top tier business, and we need more senior level hires to help manage the influx.
