Amazing staff and leadership! Very generous compensation (surprising for a non-profit, but leadership ensures staff is cared for well), including terrific benefits package. Love the commitment to Christ and the lift transformation that happens through the programs.

None! While no job is perfect, this comes pretty close.

Serving others, especially those who are hungry, homeless and hurting, by volunteering my time and talents, was such a joy it gives you goose-bumps. A very safe and healthy caring staff. Blessing guest with a hot meal, X-mas present or a change of clean clothes for dirty ones, giving a hug to someone who hasn't been hugged in years. Seeing the babies smile, and laugh. This place has taught me what grateful and being humble is all about.

People and staff get really attached and then they leave, and the client is devastated. Lack of benefits and low pay for staff, limited break times.
